9.2 IN CRETE.

9.3 REST OF GREECE.

For shipment to land destinations covered by the cooperating courier company, the charge is set at € 2 up to 2kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to 0.50 €. For areas outside the city limits of the network of the cooperating courier company (Inaccessible areas), the respective price list of the company is valid and for this reason before submitting the order the user should contact www.melampioti.gr in order to is informed of the exact cost of these expenses.

9.4 Shipping costs should not be confused with any cash on delivery costs, which are additionally borne by the consumer and are linked to the method of payment chosen.

9.5 In case of product return / withdrawal, the consumer may incur shipping costs. For further information read chapter 11 “RETURN POLICY – WITHDRAWAL) of these terms.

 

  1. METHODS OF PAYMENT

10.1 WITH COD

10.1.1 The method of payment of products through cash on delivery, offered by www.melampioti.gr. With this payment method, the consumer will pay in cash as soon as he receives the products of his order, incurring a relevant cash on delivery cost.

10.1.2 For each shipment with cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, the cash on delivery service charge is set at € 1.10

10.2 BY BANK DEPOSIT

10.2.1 The consumer can pay for the order by deposit in one of the listed bank accounts maintained by the company under the name “ANGELIKI NO. MELAMPIOTI” and send the deposit receipt to info@melampioti.gr

10.2.2 The online store must send the product to the consumer within the prescribed period from the day the money of an order is deposited in a bank account and the relevant proof of deposit is sent to us.

10.3 CASH OR CARD IN THE STORE

10.3.1 The method of payment of the products through cash or card, is offered by www.melampioti.gr only in case the consumer chooses to receive the ordered product from our physical store.

 

  1. RETURN POLICY – WITHDRAWAL

11.1 In case of a defect of any product that is found upon receipt, www.melampioti.gr proceeds to its immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the consumer. The consumer should inform www.melampioti.gr about the defect immediately and in any case within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, by sending a message to www.melampioti.gr or by filling in the contact form of the website indicating the indication “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT”. 11.2 In case of shipment of products other than those ordered, the consumer may request: a) the immediate shipment of the correct products without any additional financial burden and b) the return of all the money paid for the purchase (excluding the additional costs due to your choice to use a method of delivery or payment other than the cheapest standard method of delivery and payment that we offer). 11.3 EXERCISE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Refunds will be made by the same means of payment as those used by the consumer for the original transaction, except in the case of cash on delivery. In the case of cash on delivery and bank deposit, the refund will be made by deposit in the bank account of the consumer, whose details he must disclose to www.melampioti.gr during his statement of withdrawal from the contract.

11.3.2.5 The refund will be withheld until www.melampioti.gr receives the goods or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent back the goods according to the instructions provided by www.melampioti.gr, ie through the partner of a courier company which will indicate to him upon confirmation of receipt of his statement of withdrawal from the contract.

11.3.2.6 The consumer returns the goods either to the physical store of the company “ANGELIKI NO. MELAMPIOTI” or transfers them to the cooperating courier company that will be indicated by www.melampioti.gr, without undue delay within 14 days and in any case day on which he announced to www.melampioti.gr his decision to withdraw from the contract.
